D’Aoust

Mtre D’Aoust has nearly thirteen years of experience in developing and implementing legal and business strategies to protect and preserve his clients’ commercial and corporate interests. 

He provides legal and business advice to companies and their executives, contractors and professionals in areas related to commercial transactions, corporate governance, shareholders rights and dispute resolution. 

His goals are to develop a thorough understanding of his clients’ interests and goals, to establish a collaborative, client-focused environment and to become a trusted, long-term advisor to each of them. 

He is a graduate of the University of Ottawa’s Civil Law program and a member of the Québec Bar. 

He opened his law firm in 2014 know until recently as DSR | Daoust Siroy and later joined RPGL in 2025.
