Mtre Rios is a graduate of the University of Ottawa, where she completed her degree in Civil Law (LL.L.), then went on to earn a Master of Law in Notarial Law (LL.M) at the University of Sherbrooke. Admitted at the Chambre des notaires du Québec in 2020, Mtre Rios has focused her practice exclusively on business law since 2021, particularly in transactional matters.
