Mtre Roy holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa (2023), cum laude, and was admitted to the Bar in 2024.
During his law studies, Mtre Roy had the opportunity to work, as a student, on several high-profile cases of national importance by researching and drafting legal opinions for the Supreme Court of Canada.
Having also worked as a surveyor in several municipalities, he has hands-on experience in municipal zoning and by-law issues. This experience allows him to understand the realities of the various actors in the municipal sector.
His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, as well as institutional and municipal law.
