A partner at RPGL since January 2026, Mtre Groulx has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2018 and holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Laval University.
He focuses his practice on business and corporate law, covering all of a company’s strategic needs, from incorporation, sale and acquisition, merger, corporate reorganization, and financing to the drafting of all transactional and commercial documents. Mtre Groulx also handles various labor and employment law matters, particularly with regard to individual employment contracts.
Demonstrating great integrity, Mtre Groulx carries out his mandates with rigorous professionalism, while remaining attentive to the real needs of his clients. He is actively involved in all stages of cases, from drafting legal documents to representing clients before various judicial bodies.
