Mtre Marie-Jeanne Gauthier earned a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Ottawa in 2024. A native of the Côte-Nord, she began her professional career in Montreal in 2025 before joining RPGL in 2026.

Her practice focuses primarily on labor and employment law, as well as contract law and civil liability. In labor law, she takes a human-centered approach, attentive to the realities and challenges specific to each situation. She advises and supports a client base consisting of small and medium-sized businesses, individuals, organizations, and employers, offering personalized support and advice tailored to each client’s needs.
