RICHARD
LEBLANC

Richard LeBlanc obtained his Bachelor of Administration from the University of Ottawa in 1974 and his Law Degree in 1977. He was called to the Quebec Bar in 1978. Founder of LeBlanc Donaldson, which joined RPGL in 2018, he has oriented his practice in the field of construction law as well as real estate law.

Mr. LeBlanc regularly pleads before different courts such as the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal as well as before numerous boards such as the Régie du Bâtiment, the Commission de Transport du Québec, the Disciplinary Committee of the Corporation of Master Electricians and Master Pipefitters and the Bureau des Soumissions déposées du Québec. He lectures on all aspects of construction law, real estate law and co-ownership law and has undergone training with the R.B.Q.
