Working mainly in labour law, Mtre Beaulieu is renowned for her ability to prevent and resolve difficult situations in the workplace. Her skills as a seasoned strategic advisor have earned her a Vision Award from Ray & Berndtson, which rewards excellence in a service provider who successfully developed innovative and creative approaches to human resources management issues. 

Founder of Lapointe Beaulieu avocats, which joined RPGL with the merger of the two firms in 2019, Mtre Beaulieu holds a law degree magna cum laude (1992), in addition to being a mediator and psychological harassment investigator accredited by the Quebec Bar. 

In recent years, she has been a radio columnist on 104.7 FM Outaouais in labour law and as a professor at the University of Ottawa and the Quebec Bar, where she shared her expertise with the public and future lawyers. Committed to her community, she has been a member of various boards of directors, currently including Maison Mathieu-Froment-Savoie and Tourisme Outaouais, where she currently sits as a co-opted member.
